Laboratory reports.
Every figure below is transcribed from the laboratory's own document, and every card shows how to pull up the original with that laboratory. Two kinds of report appear here: a lot verification, which tests the very lot printed on the vial, and a reference report, an outside test of the batch the manufacturer made.
No report for this strength's current lot is on this page yet. Every report we have published sits in the library on the Lab reports page, each with the reference to check it at the laboratory.
CJC-1295 (no DAC).
Four positions separate this peptide from GRF (1-29), the first 29 residues of the 44-residue growth hormone releasing hormone and a standard reference sequence in its own right. Position 2 becomes D-alanine, 8 glutamine, 15 alanine and 27 leucine, changes made so the chain holds up better than the native fragment. The C terminus is amidated, and another name for the result is modified GRF (1-29).
ConjuChem, a Canadian company, developed it, and the CJC in the name is theirs. A separate version carries a DAC, or drug affinity complex: a maleimide group linked through a lysine. The material here has no DAC and is supplied freeze-dried, 10 mg per vial.
