Laboratory reports.
Every figure below is transcribed from the laboratory's own document, and every card shows how to pull up the original with that laboratory. Two kinds of report appear here: a lot verification, which tests the very lot printed on the vial, and a reference report, an outside test of the batch the manufacturer made.
No report for this strength's current lot is on this page yet. Every report we have published sits in the library on the Lab reports page, each with the reference to check it at the laboratory.
ARA-290.
ARA-290 is a linear chain of eleven residues, and the first is pyroglutamic acid: a glutamine at the N terminus that has closed into a ring on itself, capping that end with no added group.
Its sequence was designed rather than found. Araim Pharmaceuticals, the ARA of the name, drew the residues from the three-dimensional structure of erythropoietin, from the water-facing side of helix B, and set them into a short peptide of their own. It is also known as cibinetide. Supplied as 10 mg, freeze-dried.
